Cardento has proven himself in sport, with rider P. Eriksson he was a solid member of the Swedish team at the big shows. He received a Silver medal at the World Championships, European Championships and at the Olympics in 2004. He won the Nations Cup of Rome, Drammen and Ikast. Individually he won the Grand Prix of Holte, Helsingborg, Angelholm, Gera, Kungsbacke (2x) and took 2nd place in Arhus. He also became 6th in the Worldcup Qualifier of Gotenborg, 4th place in the German Classics of Hannover and 6th place in the Grand Prix of Stockholm. Ecuador is an elegant, long-legged colt with great movement and lots of jumping ability in his pedigree. His dam is out of Consul (also the sire of Judgement). Judgement has earnings of over 1.5 million US with his rider Beezie Madden - he was just retired in 2009 at the age of 18!
